FSCM 9.2 PUM 24/HCM 9.1 Bdl 7 Job table out of sync

We recently found a problem showing itself in an expense approver's worklist.  A pending expense report was showing the wrong job for an employee.  When comparing the ps_job table in FSCM against the ps_job table in HCM we see that there are more recent records for this employee on the HCM side than there are in the FSCM side.  Should these tables match?
