FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06510 when defining a New Subinventories

Hi Experts,

I am getting error "ORA-01403: no data found FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06510" while saving the new sub-inventories in inventory responsibility. Is it bug or setup issue? Could please guide me.
