Need to deduct some percentage from Net Pay

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

User wants to deduct 40% from employee's net pay and put this amount in one element called 'Agent Fees'.

This element is already available and Fast formula is attached with this element.

How we can get the net payment of an employee in Fast Formula?

Kindly help on this.
