Is this possible to generate the URL which will redirect to any particulate employee's EIT record in

Hi All

As per my understanding , If i pass the function and responsibility details to above PLSQL function then it is giving the URL which will redirecting to 'people in hierarchy' under the manager self service responsibility.

But , as per my requirement, i need to generate the URL where manager can directly open the employee's EIT record.

Can you please let me know is this possible to land employee's EIT record to initiate the request from MANAGER SELF SERVICE using the fnd_run_function.get_run_function_url function ?
