Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Project billing: I am building a interface using pa_event_pub.create_event.

For this interface I need to create credit memo's to reconcile outgoing invoices.

Is there a way using the billing adjustment extention ?
