odacli update-server 18.3 hang during Running GI config assistants

Hi guys,

This is happening in our Production ODA. We were in the process of going from ODA software 12.2.1.4 to18.5, which required going to 18.3 first. I did all this in our DEV/UAT ODAs first and documented the heck out of it. I never run into this issue until yesterday when I was upgrading our production ODA from 12.2.1.4 to 18.3. (Bare metal).

I noticed all my previous ODA software upgrade (identical spec, X 7-2 HA), "Running GI config assistants" run and completed in about 7 minutes. In our production ODA,  I waited around an hour and a  half then I was very close to the allocated downtime. I wasn't even able run "df -h" to make sure it wasn't a space issue. "df -h" just hang. I can't "du" anything under /opt/oracle directory. At this point, I was freaking out and had to make some important decisions that involved rebooting the nodes because if I just let it, it will still probably in running state.

Howdy, Stranger!
