How to create an element in net accrual plan in way that the value loaded in the element will be sho

Hi all,

How to create an element in net accrual plan in way that the value loaded in the element will be showing till end of time, the value in the element should not lost in next accrual term.

For example,

There is an accrual plan 'Plan A', in the net entitlement rule there is an element 'element B'. The value loaded on element B for particular type of employee should not lost, till employee use that balance. Value in the Element B should be valid for End of time.

Please suggest.
