Setting up LDAP authentication for Xadmin V19 - javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error c

Hi there,

I was trying to follow the Xadmin user guide to see if I can setup LDAP authentication for Xadmin V19.

Here are the Xadmin setting updates the guide mentioned:

Oracle Retail Xstore Office LDAP Settings LDAP Authentication settings are configured in System - Xadmin Settings - User Account category.

Default Domain Name for LDAP - xxxx.com The default domain name to be used when authenticating users using LDAP.

Enable LDAP Authentication Option? - yes The configuration used to enable Oracle Retail Xstore Office to authenticate users using LDAP directory.

LDAP Provider URL - ldap://xxxx.xxxx.com:389  The URL to be used to connect to LDAP server.
