How to exclude Person of Interest from Paysheet Creation?

Our Board of Directors are set up as Person of Interest (POIs).  Currently when we run create paysheets, the BODs have paysheets created with Ok to Pay turned off which is good.  But we would prefer that paysheets not be created for them.  Is there a way to have them excluded from paysheet create?
