Iexpense- Users are not able to edit or delete the in progress expense report

User has created an expense report , after 2 months he is tying to edit the report and submit for the next process. But now he is not able to update or delete the expense report. is there any setting in iExpense which will restrict the user to edit an in progress expense report which is older than 60 days?
