Is there a way that I can pay an employee's spouse via third party nacha for a spouse support?

Hi,

Is there a way that I can pay an employee's spouse via third party nacha for a spouse support? We have used NACHA to pay 3rd party organisations for Child Support etc., but can we pay a person using the same method?

Has anyone done something like this? Any Oracle notes on the same?
