Cannot view receipt ledger records with row security of F4102

Hi All,

I have set the row security of F4102 with column MCU to role SP_ROLE, only can view the BP = 74010.

At the P43260 , the receipt records has some records with MCU = 174010( The Finance BP, but this BP not item records in the Item Branch.)

SP_ROLE also need view records like 174010 MCU, I simulation the View of P43260 grid with SQL statement, the F4102 table return NULL.

After add security records like below, But cannot view either.
