IRS Letter 1865C regarding 1095-C submit in Landscape

We received a letter from the IRS indicating that they cannot process our information returns. The Forms 1094 or 1095 were rejected for processing. The letter indicates that it for the Tax Year 2018 and for Form 1095-C. The initial and correction forms were submitted successfully with errors and we downloaded the error logs. There is a phone number on the letter in case there are questions, however when you call the number a recording says to resubmit the forms in landscape format.
