PRFNA: Can the same dedcds be shared between both biweekly and weekly PRs?
We've recently acquired an hourly employee demographic that requires a weekly pay schedule. Currently, we only process biweekly oncycles for all employees. Our approach is to add two pay groups for these hourly employees, with a weekly pay frequency. However, when reviewing our deduction setup, I'm worried about the biweekly schedule for most all deductions being leveraged for employees having a weekly pay frequency. Would this approach work or do we have to setup separate benefit and general deduction codes to sync up the pay frequencies and deduction schedules?
