T2 Doc didnt get generated

We had a payroll run that did not generate a T2 document.  T1 and T3 were generated with  sequential document numbers.  The payroll has already finalized and all batches are posted.

I did a search for prior solutions and saw that 8/9 years ago someone had asked the same question "T2 Journal not created".

The solution on that discussion was to generate the T2 journal entries from the F0618 table.  Is this still the case today or is there another way to generate these entries.

We're on Enterpriseone 9.2.3.5
