Can 1 W2 form be created with balances from 2 PS companies?

For the first quarter of 2019, employees were paid in Co 001.  Then, on job data, they were transferred to Co 002.  The EIN on both companies is the same.  Can 1 W2 generate and combine the balances for the 2 companies?  On the W2 Company table, for Co 001, the W2 reporting company is Co 002.
