Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello:

Is it correct to qualify balance accounts to allow budgetary control?  If my budget control is defined at the absolute level in the header, 
should I include the balance accounts in the supplementary rule at the tracking level?

Another option could be within the supplementary rule to exclude expense accounts, is that correct?
