PS BI publisher query viewer - Java Exception out of memory error: GC overhead limit exceeded

Hello,

We are in the process of upgrading to PS 9.2 image 30  PT 8.57 and doing testing. I have a particular BI publisher report which gets the following error when I try to run it using the BI publisher query viewer using RTF as output.

I'm using MS word BI publisher version 11.1.1.7. Attached are my RTF template and the XML. It runs fine if you preview it in MS word outside of PS. However, I need to run it within PS, using the BI publisher query viewer.

We've tried the suggested solution in Doc ID 1272019.1 (increasing the JVM memory to 2048m), but it didn't work.
