How to resolve following adpreclone issue?

Dears, Greetings,

How to resolve following adpreclone issue?

I am cloning Oracle EBS 12.2. I have cloned Database nodes. I have configured 1 application node with following command

adcfgclone appsTier dualfs

I started application it is working fine. Now I want to add second application node to same clone environment by running preclone (on destination clone instance )configuring 2nd application node but when I run adpreclone I am getting following error.   

The Oracle WebLogic Administration Server is up.   

There is already an ACTIVE ADOP CYCLE with session id : 12    

adpreclone cannot be run with pending ADOP session

Log shows no error   

adopscanlog -latest=yes
