Autoconfig error on db node

Greetings,

How to resolve following error while runing autoconfig on db node.

Executing txkcreateACL.sql ...

Checking for existence of the ACL ....

ACL "/sys/acls/OracleEBS.xml"already exists, checking for privilege ...

Already privileged ACL, no need to add privilege

Unassiging host "*" from ACL ...

ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

ORA-06512: at line 93
