Changing from LDAP to LDAP SSL coming with March Patches

In March MS will be pushing out a patch which will require everyone to use LDAP with SSL.  LDAP without SSL will not continue to work, unless additional changes are made.

What are the steps required to change from using LDAP to using LDAP with SSL?

I have looked at 2262365.1, and section 14 (Enabling LDAP support in JDE Enterprise One) of the JDE EnterpriseOne Tools Security Admin Guide, but I am still a little confused.

Could someone give me a step by step guide on how to do this on windows?
