How to use Custom OPEN UI files Post Ip19 Upgrade

Hi Team ,

We have a vanilla env which was on 19.7 ( both Application server and Database was on 19.7 ).

Recently requirements comes to customzie the vanilla env , so we have copied the Database from one of our Dev env ( version 16)   and refresh it in our vanilla env which was on 19.7.

We did the upgrade of Database of Vanilla Databse from 16.11 to 19.7 and the its happened sucessfullty.

Now how can we use the custom Open UI files (JS , CSS etc)  post upgrade .

Can we copy the scripts, files,fonts,images folder from 16.11 env and copuied them to 19.7 env ?

Kindly suggest as the customer cant see the custom UI of application post upgrade .
