ECC Developer shows blank page on browser Internet Explorer 11

Hi,

I just installed Enterprise Command Center R12.2 V3 and assigned ECC Developer responsibility to my EBS user account. When I try to access ECC Developer, the page seems trying to load but it won't show the dashboard.  Does anyone have issue with ECC Developer page not showing on IE?  I was able to launch it if I use Microsoft Edge but not Internet Explorer.  Need help to make it working on IE.

We are on EBS R12.2.5.
