Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Field Service - EBS (MOSC)

Mobile field service when connected to EBS , after download file , the error is coming as "csm5omfs.

EBS version: 12.2.5 Downloaded Oracle mobile field service at ios device.

1) User grant and role provided.

2) three request ran a) Manages Mobile Users b) JTM Master concurrent program as scheduled c) Processes Uploaded Mobile Data.

Mobile field service when connected to EBS , after download file , the error is coming as "csm5omfs.html error , No timezone downloaded" .

EBS client timezone profile already set , same error still coming.
