10.1.3.4.2 - Error :could not load an object because it is not available on this machine

Hi:

I am trying to load XML data using the BI publisher and getting the error:could not load an object because it is not available on this machine

These are the action items that I did:

1. originally had installed  : BI Publisher Desktop - 11.1.1.6 Build 5.12.110

2. Uninstalled this as this is not working with EBS R12.1.3

3. installed 10.1.3.4.2

4. Opened MS word - AddIns - trying to load the xml data and I get this error.

I am using MS Word 2010

I have to completely close word to get the error from popping up.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any help/suggestions to resolve this is highly appreciated.
