SSRC changes allowed in an SRTP stream

Is there a maximum number of SSRC changes allowed in an SRTP stream? Through experiments, we found that after 6 or 7 SSRC changes, the Oracle SBC blocks SRTP streams with a new SSRC on the same port. This happens on both audio and video stream. Is this a configurable parameter? We also found that when we turn-off SRTP (i.e., revert to plain RTP), there does not seem to be any limitation on the number of SSRC streams on the same RTP port.  There is no re-invite when changing ssrc.
