OCI instance reboot issue

Hi Team,

Facing instance connectivity issue while working on OCI (Trial version). I restarted the Linux instance created with the command "sudo shutdown -r now" . After this i am able to see the status in OCI to be running but unable to connect to instance using WinSCP or mobaxterm as i was able to do it earlier.

Could you please help me to reconnect to my instance.
