Open delivery from last month to be assigned to new lines in current month
Hello,
We have cases where we want to assign delivery lines to empty open deliveries which were created previous month. ( for correcting mistakes when users are backordering manually orders which were already processed).
Most of the times we cannot assign the delivery lines to these deliveries , even if the delivery itself has the Open status.
Do you know what can be the reason ? I read a note saying that the ship method should be the same on the delivery line if the Ship Method option was checked on the Delivery Grouping Attributes screen -
