mysql enterprise backup problems

Hi, im new to mysql enterprise backup tool and ive been using the tools integrated with mysql workbench to create backup jobs and the tool for restore as well.

I have found many problems using the mysql workbench incorporated tools and i wanned to know if that was the best way to use MEB or there is another way to use the tool?

The problems i have found so far:

     -MySQL Workbench hangs when tryig to restore a backup, the database in question im trying to recover is smaller than 100MB, so i think its a problem with mysql workbench.
