PeopleSoft Self Service PDF Paycheck - View PDF pay check link showing but after clicking on it noth

Hi,

We are on 9.2 and followed below link to enable self service PDF view paycheck. Now view PDF Paycheck link is visible but after clicking on it nothing coming up either in Android phone or Apple Phone.

W2 PDF opening fine. Your advise is really appreciate.
