F0701730 record counts do not match those stated in special instructions on JN17592

We have installed both JN17590 and JN17592 in our testing environment and also installed Vertex 4.3.3.  After installing the ESUs, we ran R0701730 as per the special instructions and our record count is 3013 and not the 3020 as stated.  Anyone else have this issue?  Is there a way to verify the correct codes from Vertex that correspond to the JDE Codes?  I'm affraid that we have missed something.  I manually updated the 06/MS and 06/TM codes prior to running.
