Has anyone customized any of the Demantra Collaborator Jar classes or added any class there?

in Demantra Solutions - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are getting an issue with 12.2.7.1 version while using the custom classes in workflow as it throws class not found error. The Local App installer doesn't even contain the custom class even though it's deployed on the web server. Any pointers on this?
