Is there a way to get SOA composite deployment datetime from back-end database table?

Is there a way to get SOA composite deployment datetime from back-end database table? The field label_time from mds_labels is the closest thing we have found, but it is not very accurate when it comes to time. Using wlst, you can list the deployed composites and get the datetime, but wondering if this can be pulled from a database table or if there is another source.
