Upload Tax Book Interface not updating costs

Hi all-

We're trying to update the cost of a few thousand assets in one of our tax book. We staged them in the interface table and ran Upload Tax Book Interface and, after three hours, the program completed successfully, with 0 successes and 0 failures.

In previous efforts, we received errors where a required field was missing or an invalid value was being passed. In that case, the program completed in Error status. Here, the program takes a very long time but comes up empty. The log and report aren't helpful.

Any ideas what might be causing this issue?
