ACA XML File for 2019

Is anyone aware of any changes to the XML transmittal file for ACA reporting? I've just completed testing with the 2019 objects and find that the transmittal file is missing sections of data for each employee as compared to last year.

The two blocks of data that are absent are:

  1. The lowest monthly cost (ours happens to be 0.00) is not included at all in the file. Last year, this was listed in XML tag MonthlyEmployeeRequiredContriGrp
  2. None of the safe harbor codes appear to be included in the XML. Last year, this was tagged MonthlySafeHarborGrp on the XML file.

Is this correct? Is anyone else having this issue? We have little to no modifications and use most of the ACA content out of the box.
