After a Travel Authorization(TA) is submitted the Approver
will see the Mileage (Destination) Location as the Default Location.  If
the TA is opened as view, the user will see the Mileage (Destination) Location
field value as submitted.  How can we prevent the Default Location
displaying on the Mileage Location for the Approver?
