Using Subledger accounting with Cost Management - custom sources

Hi, This is really a SLA question.  I want to create some custom SLA journal lines.  I have done this before successfully in the Receivables application.

I create a custom source.

Then I go to "Accounting attribute assignments"  to assign it to event class "Sales Issue"

BUT, my new custom source is not available in the source LOV.  Can you assist?

Please see attatchment with screenshots.  (This is on 12.1.3)
