How to Make A Equipment item and Equipment Cost In Work Order until the Actual Cost is Appeared

Hi, all..

we have some problem, about define equipment until we can put it in resources attribute.

So we click Instance, and we click Equpment Tab, so We Search Name for Equipment but there`s not data, what we can retrieve

below is the error, that we didn`t define about equipment..

is there anybody known about to define equipment ? so we can put it in Equipment Tab. u`re Help should be great for us
