SQL Tuning Advisor - Needed Privileges for Non-Admin-User

Hello,

for our application team, i created a non-dba-user, who has special privileges to make some minor administration tasks as creating awr reports, monitoring user sessions etc..

This user now should receive the privileges to run a sql tuning advisor task.

In nearly all documentation you can read, that admin-privileges are needed for running a sql tuning advisor task. I'm sure, that the non-admin-user does not need the full dba role, so does somebody know, which are the dba-privileges the user need?
