Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Ho do I know if they my customer has a Premium support for ExadataCC X7 service?

I have a customer - NTT Data, who is using C@C services. They are using SKU #B89980 ExadataCC X7-2 (Gen 1) with License-included PaaS software.

We want to know when the Oracle DB 12.2.0.1 would end for this customer.
