Issue setting-up BI Publisher in Excel 365

Hi! I have installed Oracle BI Publisher for Windows 10 x64 version successfully. However, after setting up server parameters, it throws me this error message:

Error while trying to access Report Server Location: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

Report Server Location is: https://<site>.fa.us6.oraclecloud.com/xmlpserver/

What could it be happening? Searching in documentation, found this: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/SearchDocDisplay?_adf.ctrl-state=1do2vmqjw8_147&_afrLoop=558567501911795#CAUSE  but I don't know if it's related to my issue because I'm trying to do this from Excel.
