Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. records deleted from EIM

Once a record say Contact is deleted using EIM.

A person accessed the contact before it was deleted , now the contact still shows in recent contacts list in contact home screen .

After deletion of contact if the person clicks on recent record it throws configuration error message.

Is there any way to remove the recent contact from the contact home screen so that it no longer is seen .

I know if we delete the user preference file it will have the same effect but i dont want to do for each user.
