Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Question on New W4 Functionality

If Self Service is not used, would the following steps outlined in Document ID 2617858.1 be needed to fully use the new W4 form?

1. Add a process flow for the new W4 functionality (P05400)

2. Create new UDC value for the enrollment event code in UDC 08|BE

3. Download and place the template in the path designated in the Web Mail Merge Templates (P05WMMB)
