How to add more Segment Qualifiers for our natural accounts values?

The seeded Segment Qualifiers for the Natural Accounts segments are Allow Budgeting, Allow Posting, Account Type, Third Party Control Account and Reconcile . We want to add an additional user defined classification to use in our custom reports, etc. Can this be done?
