Smart View - Trying to implement auto installation with pre-checked configuration options - how to u

We're trying to roll out Smart View 11.1.2.5.900, and we've turned over the installation file to our folks in the "Software Store".

We're asking them to provide users the install of Smart View already configured - i..e., with all the Connections, IE Time out settings, Journal extensions and all the settings under "Options" pre-chosen to our preferred settings.

This has not been easy for them, but we've provided some registry ".reg" files that contain the time out settings and Database connection addresses, and all that is left to "automate" are eight chosen check boxes in the "Options" sections:
