Create new Tax Jurisdiction (DISTRICT) R12.1.3

Hi EBTax Gurus

                                 We are on R12.1.3 and we integrate with Vertex for Tax purposes (Vertex O Series). We also upload the oramast.txt file from Vertex very frequently to keep the rates/Geocode/Jurisdiction definitions intact.

Our query is around the Tax Jurisdiction definition, The oramast.txt file appear to have definitions at STATE, COUNTY and CITY level for Jurisdiction but not for other entities -  DISTRICT, PARISH etc.,

Is that something VERTEX would provide on-demand?
