Email response to PR approval Notificatio,

Hi,

While approver approving the PR's through email(Outlook) , They are entering some comments but those comments are not transmitting and updating in action history in EBS.

Please let me know what is causing this issue? Do we need to make some changes in Microsoft Outlook? Do we need to make changes in Oracle EBS setup? Any information on this will be appreciated
