Need to know the parts covered under warranty

Hi,

Is there any possibility that we users can automatically know which components of the product is automatically covered under the warranty contract and which are not.

The components which are not covered under warranty should be charged and the ones which are covered will charged.

By the way we are using Customer Support and Contact Centre Module (TeleServices).
