Configuring BI against EPPM database

Hello,

I am having a tough time trying to configure BI Publisher 12.2.13 against an EPPM database in SQL Server 14.0.

My servers are as follows:

EPM01 - Application server for EPPM

JAVA 8u181 in c:\java\

fmw_12.2.1.3.0_infrastructure.jar
setup_fmw_12.2.1.3.0_ohs_win64.exe

OPatch p28186730_139400_Generic_OPatch.zip

Patch WLS 12.2.1.3.180717_PSU

Install Primavera 18.8.0 V979542-01\P6_R188

EPPM Patch P6EPPM-188130

EPM02 = Database Server

Database called EPPM with default collation - SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS

EPPM services run and sample data shown.  All works.

The client has now asked for BI Publisher to be installed:

Firstly I tried to install on EPM01 server but was told by Oracle support that BI needs it own WLS.
