how to give access only for receipt reversal

Hi,

we have a requirement to give access to user only for RECEIPT REVERSAL., for that we have created new responsibility and in menu exclude  , we added following funciton

1. receipt - update

2. receipt  - delete

but when user is trying to reverse the receipt in receipt workbench, than he is getting below error message.

and when we removed receipt  - update function from responsibility than user is able to reversal receipt , but in that user also have access to change amount, change maturity date, and change comments. is there a way to block to achieve this
